Just read all the issues around CreateSpace. I'm new to this business, and was reformatting my book for POD on CreateSpace. In 2015, I pulled up my first book and found, on the Amazon website, my book and author name with a different cover, all distributed throughout Amazon's network from a different account unrelated to me. Pissed off.....I got no help from their 'legal team' or anyone else. Wrote to Jeff Bezos regarding copyright infringement, so Amazon pulled my book, but I had to make sure all books were pulled from their distribution. Hard to tell if I got them all. Told Jeff it's ridiculous that they can literally track a lipstick/etc. I purchase from them, but cannot control their book accounts. B....S.....!…
