The best advice I got was from a community relations person at a Barnes & Noble was this: BE PREPARED TO HAND SELL.
They earn a LOT of money for the organizations, and usually cost a LOT of money for authors.
As a writer or author, should YOU be worried? Are your knowledge and skills about to become irrelevant?
