Apparently, We Live In Peyton Place!

Well, it took a couple of years of living at this house in Florida, but we have finally met enough neighbors, and done enough socializing, to truly feel at home, and also feel like our neighbors are family.

Of course, once you REALLY get to know someone, they might let you look in their closet…and see some scandalous skeletons. Our neighbors in Maine were regular folks. I really can’t recall any (ahem) fraternization or other naughty things. In our Florida neighborhood, not a day goes by anymore that something extremely interesting (I mean juicy!) happens. I really, really wish I could share more with you but I can’t. I admit a new novel idea is brewing in my brain…

The good news is none of our neighbors are writers so they aren’t reading my column here today! 😉
