I Had a Cold. It was NOT Covid.

We all need to remember that Covid did not magically make all other illnesses disappear. People are still getting the flu, colds, stomach bugs, etc. However, getting a tickle in your throat these days brings on a bit more concern than it did a year ago.

Mason (age 14) and I both caught a cold right after Christmas. Mason was sick for about 5 days. I had it for a week. Neither one of us ever ran a fever but it was still unpleasant, especially when the night air came in each evening.

Of course, neither one of us went anywhere while were were sick, and neither did anyone who had been around us. We are completely fine now and, in fact, we are currently driving through the mountains of Georgia. It is GORGEOUS here!!!

By the way, you’re probably stuck at home this weekend so what better way to entertain yourself by entertaining US with a fantastic story?! No face mask required!!
