Water Shoots Out Side of “Home Office” Building!
Just another “water story,” right? I’m sorry for the people who were affected, but happy you were above the fray. Seems there’s never a dull moment in your household. And…your readers love hearing about it.
I hope they check for hidden damage and don’t wait until something fails hard in the future.
After going through Hurricane Katrina, I think I have a little PTSD when I hear of incidents like this. I moved to Seattle after being forced to relocate after the hurricane, and my first apartment was a basement apt. near the top of a hill, so I thought I’d be okay.
But, one day we had torrential rain (rare for Seattle), and water began pouring in through the floorboards and light fixtures. It was a nightmare, but nowhere near as bad as what your neighbors just experienced. I feel bad for them but grateful you guys escaped.
If Your Publisher Violates One Contract Clause, Does That Void The Entire Agreement?
Breach of contract ?????
Depends on the DETAILS of the ENTIRE contract.
You definitely should see a lawyer before signing a contract and also if you have questions about what to do if they did not meet their obligations under it
