“But, my blood pressure was too high from fear and pain! What if they couldn’t or wouldn’t remove the tooth?! I’m really not the type of person to lose it in public but I was terrified, and in so much pain. I started begging and pleading, and loudly said, “If you don’t pull my tooth today, I damn well will!”
How do I know they won’t take my rights, or steal my manuscript from me altogether?
People have mood swings. It’s a fact of life. So, why not put them to good use in your writing? I was furious, stunned, and bereft years ago when my first husband left me. But, right away, my writer’s brain kicked in. I vowed to make the most of my situation by writing about it and garnering some much-needed income.
