Angela,
Your article about the purpose of a press release was right on the money.
I received a call from the editor of two local papers and I went in for an interview that afternoon. I was in the process of putting together my press kit so the timing was perfect. I asked his opinion about the kit and he said it was fine, except that the photo I e-mailed him wasn’t of acceptable quality and I needed to have a photo professionally done. That was easy. An unexpected, and pleasant, surprise.
Thanks for the support and the advice.
Dorothy
