Where is the essay you wrote where you really made a great case to editors about how they should pay, even if it’s just a few dollars and they have to take it out of their own pockets? I’d like to send this to an editor who is so tight-fisted he wouldn’t even give me a few bucks for a reprint, even though he said he’d liked my story…so I told him to withdraw it. Still, I would like him to see your essay.
