Our son, Matt, is getting married in Maine this weekend so we’re hitting the road! The house sitter is all set up. We originally planned to fly, though we preferred to take the RV. However, our beloved doggie, Percy, suffered from severe separation anxiety and we knew being gone for 2-3 weeks would be very detrimental to his health. Unfortunately, he died last month. I am still dealing with that. We miss him so much but at least he doesn’t have to suffer while we’re gone.
We’re still flying (it was too late to get a refund on the tickets) but we sure wish we were taking the RV. Flying is so stressful now! We are looking forward to escaping Florida’s heat for few days, however. Will posted pictures next week! 🙂
