I am very sad this week. I cried Saturday and Sunday, off and on, and then again Monday night. Why? My oldest baby moved out. Okay, so he was 23 and I guess it was time to push him out of the nest but all I wanted to do was hold onto his wings and never let go! I think I’m supposed to feel better about this eventually…but when? My only consolation right now is that he’s come by one to two times a day since he moved out. I hope he keeps it up. One child out of the nest, four to go. I’m hoping Ali (18), Frank (16), Max (7) and Mason (3) are not in any hurry to leave when they get older (sniff).
I finished writing about our recent RV trip this week (finally). You can read the final installment HERE.
This week’s Maxism:
“I don’t wanna be normal. I wanna be rich.”
Hugs to all!
