Most of the house is packed up and Richard rented a large U-Haul trailer and took two loads to the new house last weekend. They’re all stacked up in the garage right now. The painters did a great job but we had to call another cleaning crew in. The first one didn’t do a great job. The house looks super now so we’re free to start moving furniture. Everybody is SO excited about moving the old piano one more time. Ha ha.
As soon as Richard returns from his trip to Illinois this week, we’ll rent a large U-Haul truck and move the last of the stuff. All the adult kids will be helping except Frank, who has a 9-hour day at school that day. All the other kids are calling him “Lucky.” 😉
This week’s Masonism:
“If you see a ghost in our new house, just get the vacuum and vacuum them up and they’ll turn into little ghost pieces.”
Big hugs to all,
Angela
