Richard went mountain biking with a neighbor this week. I know what you’re thinking. Where is there a mountain in Florida? Actually, it’s an old quarry that they turned into biking trails and some of them are pretty treacherous. Richard’s brand new helmet is broken and he came back home with several bumps, bruises and cuts. He said it was a blast!!!
