Frank’s friend, Caleb, who has been part of the family for years, is visiting for two weeks and we are having a blast! He loves to cook and he’s already made us pan-fried founder with a butter-something yummy sauce and, my favorite, Bananas Foster Cake with a gooey caramel rum sauce on top. We’re in Heaven! Caleb likes to watch the Food Network as much as I do so I have a cooking show buddy for a couple of weeks. Ali used to watch cooking shows with me but she lives on her own now (sniff).

Caleb is learning how to throw the cast net after almost falling in the canal on his first throw. Heh…

The kids are going to be spending lots of time at the beach and fishing over the next two weeks. Good thing no hurricanes are heading our way because Caleb is loving the heat and sunshine. 🙂
