WritersWeekly has also been notified by the other writer (BA) that the tax form provided to the IRS by the publisher contained the wrong dollar figure. She states she has been waiting since March for a corrected tax form and that it has not yet arrived. She reports she still has not been paid.

Tries to claim he owns all rights to writer's articles because the writer "worked" for him...but the writer was NOT an employee. Publisher can't provide proof of employment or copy of signed contract. Still hasn't paid writer for republishing his work. What do yo think about this situation? We'd like to hear your opinion.
