“An author died and the publisher wants to put MY name on the new edition?!”Can’t Get Your Book Files from Your Defunct Publisher? Here’s what you can do…

Good advice!

Nazi-occupied Rome sets the stage for Bridge of Sighs and Dreams, where the lives of two women collide in an arena of deception, greed, and sacrifice.

If this is an academic textbook, it is not that uncommon for new authors to roll on and older authors roll off as interests wane or people retire. If this is McGraw-Hill, Wiley, Pearson, or another big textbook publisher, it’s all legal and handled by their contracts.

In reply to Ronny.

The writer confirmed that the book still contains a LOT of the original author’s material. I’d be curious how his original contract was worded but we’ll never know. 🙁

From Writing Copy for Hotel Websites…to Book Signings! – By Hannah Vaughan

This post is really encouraging. I am just starting out, with content writing, I am also scared about writing fiction, i haven’t yet won anything in competitions, but i will keep trying. Can anyone tell me if freelancer is a good site to get started with working.
