Yes, we can. The service offered by the post office isn’t getting any better. Each year, we hear from more writers and authors who haven’t received checks. In addition, one of our checks was stolen overseas, en route to its recipient, and washed. Luckily, we discovered the fraud same-day, and our bank didn’t honor that check.
