Breaking into the World of Freelancing

“You’ll need clips!” one writing instructor said.
“You don’t need clips!” another writing instructor chants.
“Well, which school of experience is right?” I wondered.
I was determined to fulfill a heart cry to be a freelance writer, even if I was 54 years old. A businesswoman, speaker and trainer, I was well aware that all fields require a courtyard protocol to enter, but getting straight answers from the “Been there! Done that!” league was more than confusing — it was darn right frustrating.
