THE GRADUATE!

Frank graduated with honor from high school last weekend. We are soooooo proud of him! He’ll be starting his college career in the Fall. Since he now plans to become a doctor, it’ll be a long college career! He really enjoys school and does very well without much effort so he’ll have a good time.

We are likely signing a lease on a house in Florida this week! Yea! After more than two months of searching online, we finally found one. It’s located in Port Charlotte. We’ll only be there for a year while we look for a house to buy. The kids are happy because it has a pool. Seems most homes in Florida do. Needless to say, we’re getting Mason (age 4) into swimming lessons pronto! The rest of the children are very strong swimmers.

Now that we’ve found a place, we can go full steam ahead on packing and moving. We’re already done quite a bit but there’s plenty more to do. Cleaning out the storage area over the garage is what everyone is dreading the most.

This Week’s Masonism:

Mason left his cup of water on the floor the other day and, of course, promptly knocked it over. He said, “Don’t worry, Mom, it’s not my fault. It’s my shoe’s fault.”

Hugs to all
