Empty House?
printable version | Share on Facebook

With a family this large, in addition to four cats, a dog, a lizard and some sea monkeys, our house is never really empty...but it sure is quiet after the crowd we had here on Thanksgiving! The day was perfect and the children were so sad when Grampa and Rita had to fly back to Texas.

I have a good start on our Christmas shopping and Ali has set up a wrapping station in the guest room. We had to put a Do Not Enter sign on the door...which Max (age 8) promptly removed. I hope Santa wasn't watching!

The tree is up, the house is trimmed, and all we're missing now is a pile of snow on the ground!

This Week's Maxism:

Max was standing in our room with his nose almost touching a small mirror hanging on the wall. I asked him what he was doing. He replied, "Watching my mouth chew gum."

Hugs to all!
