No Longer Raining in the Living Room!

The roofer found a 36-hour window between storms and quickly replaced the flat roof on the back of our house. Thankfully, it no longer rains in the living room! Just a few hours after they finished, the sky opened up and we had one of those huge southern afternoon thunderstorms. The next day, we had another humdinger and the new roof held up just fine both times.

Max and Mason have a new friend! A family moved in across the street and they have a little girl who’s Max’s age. Living in Florida, your chances of having a child living next door aren’t that great because of the large retirement community. So, Max and Mason are THRILLED to have another kiddo so close. We’re thrilled that the family is really nice and that the little girl is super sweet and very funny. Despite the five year age difference, Mason (age 6) is in LOVE!!!

This week’s Masonism:

“God makes different shaped heads on people. Some are straight ones. Some are cirle ones. Mine’s a circle one.”

Big hugs to all,
Angela
